HAHAHAHAHA I HAD A MAKEOVER.JUST IN TIME FOR PROM (SUNDAY)!

(I am ranting here)
One night I had a dream about Prom.
We were all dressed up and ready to go, and suddenly we were crossing this bridge for Midautumn's festival (Moooncake, I like)
It was rather absurd and all, but it was kind of apt.
In the sense, that after prom, we'll be crossing a bridge to a new life.
From CHIJ St Nicholas Girls' School, to a junior college, polytechnic, or overseas.
Some people may say St Nicks is full of hypocrites and fakers +++...the list goes on
Haha but I dunno, but Life has treated me well I suppose.
But I've never had people stab my back, or gossip about me or I don't know what happens to other people.
So I truly enjoyed my journey here.
It has been my time to be a IJSN girl, and next year would be my time to be in where ever I would be. (Morrie's theory that there is a time and place for everything)
Now that I think of it, it was fate that brought me to this school.
After PSLE, and after getting back my results, I still wasn't sure which school I wanted to go to.
Somehow, I got pyscho-ed into thinking I wanted to go into Nanyang.
I put St Nicks as my second choice, even though I was determined not to go to St Nicks (Because of many different factors)
Haha I fell short of Nanyang's expectations I guess, and I got into St Nicks.
I wa like "Fuck no, omg no. Argh!!!!!" <----- It probably went along those lines I suppose.
I went for orientation disgruntled, and determined to appeal into Nanyang.
But after that one day, I felt like I kindddddd of liked the school, but decided not to let it get to me.
So I went to appeal into Nanyang.
I don't know why I was so determined not to join Track and Field again, but that was me then.
(I still don't understand why, but I guess I was just chicken)
Sorry for being narcissistic, but I still remember the Coach's words
"She's a runner"
I got accepted...but in the end I decided St Nicks was where I belonged (to my father's disapproval, I remember he was hopping mad <--- understatement)
And I don't regret my decision :-)
Sometimes....I would wonder: What would I have become if I went to Nanyang and I joined Track and Field?
But it's just a fleeting thought, because I wouldn't have turned out the same way.
(I kind of like the way I turned out)
And of course, my friends, I could never forget, because

Well, I'm not a fan of goodbyes.
I just wish I could hold on to each and every friend that I've made till forever.
Haha I realize that's not realistic.
We grow, we change, we become different as we take different paths.
We never have enough time for everyone and sometimes Friendships just fall apart.
Time creeps stealthily, unknowingly and irrevoccably, eroding some relationships we have, altering our memories.
Hopefully, I can salvage what I deem most precious to me.
Hopefully, I won't let it slip away.
I just hope.

OMG
I cannot believe this.
I am almost done with O levels
Woooohooooo!
I am so looking forward to the playing and going wild after Friday. (Prom as well!)
But I am not looking forward to getting my results.
I am convinced I will be walking across the road to Meridian JC next year.
Not that it's a lousy school, but just not the school I want to go to.
But it's okay.
Someone once said that I will be happy where ever I go, hopefully it's true :-D
The last time I blogged here was May 31.
Haha that's a really long time!
For the past I-really-can't-be-bothered-to-count months, I have been
Studying, Drinking Coffee, Staying up late, Going crazy, acquiring eyebags (talk about bioaccumulation/ bioamplification), Studying, Studying, Studying.
At least I hope so
(As in I hope that when I am studying, I hope I'm really studying and not idling my time away)
Perhaps a miracle will happen, and my efforts will pay off.
But if they don't, I think I will have ample time to get myself prepared!
You know you have serious problems when this cracks you up.
Hahaha reminds me of all the silly things our cute teachers say during the prayers

Hey there, Here's another Picture post! :-DProbably long overdue, but these are some pictures from Blue Badge Netballers' last training, forever.
Nothing is going to be the same again.
But I guess that's a good thing, because we have even more room and time to grow together!
4 years of Comradship, 48 months, 1460 days- full of ups and downs, down and outs.
We haven't been the most bonded team, or the team that made the biggest team.
But I can say for sure, we pulled through.
We (kind of) sorted out our differences, and became pretty much closer.
And I'm glad.
My first memory of Netball...was way back into the Netball Auditions 2006.
(I was true Nerd, you should have seen me! Definitely wouldn't think I was a sports girl...I swear! Haha but look how far I've come, after four years!)
I was with Daphne and Limin, I even thought Daphne was a senior.
Must have been the boobs, hahahaha okay okay.
We probably didn't know it then, but Mrs. Chia made a decision that changed our lives forever.
And look where we are now!
In the end, I suppose I could say we've become bigger (literally, I was like so light and petite when I was 13), and better, and stronger of course!
I love each and every one of you with all of my heart, and these four years, will definitely be kept in my heart forever ♥

I haven't done a Picture Post in a long time, so here you go!I went for training on Friday.
I was kind of pissed during training; like I couldn't run/jump without my body aching,
or with that stitch-like thing which persisted for 3 and a half days continuously, non-stop!
So I ended up feeling rather grumpy.
I don't like being grumpy because I start becoming rude to people,
so I am sorry my friendz!
Anyway, I went to Qing's house, and she was being my Mommy, haha.
"Remember to lock the door...I put the towel here okay...This is the soap"
I enjoy her company, 5 year olds, 6 year olds and M&M's rule the world!
(I feel like I have to be thankful for everything I have after reading Tuesdays With Morrie for the millionth time, I really like the old guy.)

Haircut soon?
Ruth Ong sieved through my hair and asked,
"Are you going to cut your hair soon? Very thick leh"
But I don't feel like it yet! :-*
The zip of my bag was open this morning, and my wallet dropped out.
But I was listening to my iPod and I didn't know.
I didn't realize until after Math test that my wallet was missing...(or maybe earlier)
I was so so so worried, because my IC was inside.
But thank god Susan Lim picked it up, and kept it for me!
She was appalled about how I managed to drop my wallet, and not know.
"Teenagers these days ah..."
Hahaha but I am grateful.
Anyway, kudos to G-loria who suggested that we retrace my steps!
She was so nice and helpful, she went to the General Office with me!!!
Dionne: I think I lost my wallet

I have been a freaking PE Leader since I was Primary 1
HAHAHAHAHA SERIOUSLY!!!!
That's 10 years of experience.
Maybe I should add that in my testimonial.
"Dionne is an extremely experienced PE Leader. How do I know? Oh for God's sake, she has been the PE Leader since she was 7!"
But I really can't believe that I have been doing this for 9 years plus, going 10 years.

And I didn't even know!

Anyway, I fell sick on Friday.
I was Hot n Cold + I sounded like a hoarse horse (imagine how bad I sounded!)
but I deemed myself fit enough for Morning Jog, ownage.
I managed to pull through Miss Jacob's (English? CME? I can't remember what) lesson.
But the time, I tried doing Integration, my brain was fried.
So I took a cab home and died :-D
Haha it was the worst experience of my life.
I went home and I went straight into bed, pulling the thickest blanket I could find over me, with no fan/air-conditioner/ventilation of any sorts.
I was so vvvveak and tired, I couldn't move, or eat.
I didn't eat anything for the whole day (I was like 2kg lighter that day)
In the end, I started puking whatever was inside my stomach.
I didn't eat anything, so I assumed they were digestive juices, SICK!
I went to the Doctor in the afternoon, feeling like shit.
My fever was bloody high, 39.7degrees!
Damn, I was hot! HAHA
In fact, I was so hot, if my boobs were made of silicon, they would have probably melted.
Anyway, after 22 panadols or more, + Antibiotics + Lozenges, I am better.
But not entirely fit yet, I'm still coughing and my nose is running :-
And I still sound like a horse.
PS: ALICIA SAYS SHE IS A MOTH CHEERLEADER HAHAHAHAHAHA
